I even have reason to think they knew a catastrophic attack was in the works, it just happened to late for Bill to impose martial law and remain in orifice. Thus, they had to destroy as much evidence as possible of the conspiracy before leaving office in order to set it up to appear that the new Republican administration was 'lax' in execution of duties if not complicit. Just a thought that escaped my tin-foil hat.

btw.... why do all of the DC politicians LOVE hitlary now? Does it have sumpin' to do w/ 900 raw FBI files?
