We are assuming that it was during the Clinton adinistration. [Most likely was]

Let's go back just a bit. Let's look at it another way.
Remember President Bush got off to a very late start. Clinton held the keys to the offices that had been prepared for the new President.

I recall that Vise President Che any had to arrange for offices. the republicans had to rent them, provide desks, computers, telephones etc,etc,

Now to the clincher, if I remember correctly the new administration was working WITH the left over administration appointments. Very few had been changed and even Bush's appointments were being held up for one reason or the other.

Even the military was still filled with so many of the personal Clinton had promoted [probably still are]

Tennet and [can't spell his name] the F.B.I. director was a hold over.

I just happened to think it might be there were people in the government that were deliberately trying to put a "monkey wrench" in the workings of the new administration.

I'm probably just having some wild thoughts.

Even the media won't be able to stop this if it's true. This is just too big to be hidden under Clinton's bed. Wishful thinking? Maybe, but I pray this hits the fan hugh and seriesly. :)
