In every situation there are always at least a few idiots out and about. These two are representative of several who went swimming in the heavy surf, or who tried to fly in the high winds, or who otherwise proved that some people really are dumber than a box of rocks.

Every time I see pictures of people walking in flood waters I cringe. If someone has to go out in them to move to higher ground that is one thing. But if they are just walking around they are being very foolish. They are walking in sewage. yep E. Coli out the ying yang. I wonder if public health officials are going to discuss the possibility of epidemics.

Is that really the hurricane?
Apologies for the skepticism if it's real. It's just that I've seen similar pictures of non-hurricane clouds, roll clouds, I believe, that are passed off as hurricanes.
If it's real, it's a scary picture.
