CNN: Gulfport: Interstate is impassable, littered with all sorts of household debris (refrigerators, etc.), downtown was at a time under 12' of water, 2+ miles of town is still flooded, devastating damage(according to the reporter), several rescues, looters already striking.
Looting is something you have to nip in the bud right away - or it gets worse.
I hate to advocate violence but maybe a few dead looters might help others get a clue that looting can be a quick one-way trip to the county morgue.
That always makes things cheerful in events like these.
LE and other services don't have time for that. They need to be shot, make an example out of them.
