I didn't hear it, but the next night Noory touched on the fact that this same nutjob didn't believe the moon landing was real, so Hoaxland called in to debate him about it! That was probably pretty funny.
actually the funniest bit on coast to coast am is the guy who kept calling up saying he had a baby dinosaur and would play some sound effect animal sound. Then a few weeks later another guy would call and say he bought something that looks like a baby dinoaur from some guy and then he played the same sound.

More recently was the guy with the bigfoot!
I went back and checked and it was DFU that started the Big Foot hoaxter thread.
that was hilarious monday night when the bigfoot guy was on....the callers ripped him a new one and demanded their money from the captivebigfootcam subscription...

On his very last show, someone slowy explained to Art that Blair Witch was indeed done by actors with scipts and lines.
-Art was incredulous. it took the person 5 minutes to convince Art, that these kids weren't REALLY destroyed by Monsters and they filmed it the whole while.
-Art was INCREDULOUS.
It could not have been a more ignominious exit!
