Are you actually blaming our President for not taking over the situtation in New Orleans? When New Orleans officials have known about this for days, when there is not only a mayor, but a govenor and national guard there? Are you saying our President should manage weather driven disasters and usurp the responsibility of the local authorities?

Yup. That is my call. When you see a tragedy in the making, with the ball being dropped, you act decisively. The Prez can declare martial law, and put the national wheels in motion.
