Profile of Natalee Holloway

Missing: Natalee Holloway participated in a trip with 125 seniors from Mountain Brook High School to Aruba in the Caribbean. In the early morning hours on May 30, 2005 Natalee was seen leaving a nightclub and getting into a vehicle. She failed to turn up Monday morning for her return flight home and she has not been seen since. Foul play is suspected in her disappearance.

Profile: Natalee Holloway was born on October 21, 1986 to Beth and Dave Holloway. She grew up in the close-knit community of Mountain Brook, a suburb of Birmingham, Alabama. She was very popular and respected by her classmates and had a reputation among peers at being very intelligent and focused on her future. She lived up to her reputation, graduating as an honors student from the Mountain Brook High School.

Extracurricular Activities: During Natalle's high school years she participated several extracurricular activities including: The American Field Service - A club which interacts with the foreign exchange students. Dorians Dance Team Future Business Leaders of America Mu Alpha Theta - Math honor society Natural Helpers - A peer based emotional support group. Outdoors Club Spanish Club Spanish Honor Society Spartan Pride - School pep group. TASC - Teens Actively Serving the Community

Future Goals: Natalee received a full scholarship to the University of Alabama. She planned to major in Pre-Med, in order to pursue her goal of being a pediatrician.

Sounds like you are relying on some pretty good instincts. In fact, when I think about what you are saying here, it kinda lends credence to some of the things that are going on right now.

If the K2's have family connected 'outside' of Aruba and are stirring Joran, that could explain why he may not have a clue where she is. It could also explain why Joran and Deepak were together in the early morning hours when the 'Posse' showed up at Joran's house. Either Joran was trying to get to the bottom of what happened to the girl they had fun with the night before. Or, Deepak was making sure Joran kept his trap shut.

Either way, your thoughts are interesting.

I have to give credit to Deepak, though. He keeps me going back and forth over what his role was in this.

BTW...wasn't it Deepak who stood up in the interrogation room when Joran was 'talking' and repeated the now infamous "No body, No case" line? Seems like I remember that being reported on Greta way back. Does anyone else remember this?

Vn_survivor_67-68, I may be mistaken, but I think that there are investigators checking out the Kalpoe background. I understand that there were rumors of them being in trouble in Suriname that people were looking into. Apparently, many have the same questions you have. Hopefully, there will be more information soon.

The guilt on PVDS' face is, IMHO, particularly telling. It's the face of a man who has taught his son no respect toward the softer sex. He sees now the potential cost for this 'harmless' fun.

I think you're giving him WAY too much credit. There's such a huge difference in being sorry for an action and sorry you're getting caught. I see the caught look, not a sorrowful look. (But that's me being a little harsh in the situation) I think if there was any sorrow, they would tell (even anonymously) what happened and give Beth and Dave (and others) a tinee tiny bit of closure, or something.

So all the other girls that he used and didn't turn over for nefarious purposes were dry runs? I still like your idea but I don't think it fits Occam's razor. Probably, it's more likely that the Kalpoes were hanging with Joran because when he was "through" with his victims, he shared with the hangers-on.
