No picture?
just curious why the ACLU wasn't there to support the BTK killer !
Well of course, how can cocaine damage an inconvenient blob of tissue? Next thing, they'll start prosecuting cancer patients for having Chemotherapy unless the ACLU comes to their rescue! /sarc/
Let's see if I have this straight .....
If she can kill the baby before or right after it is born - it's ok because that would be the woman's "choice" to murder the baby and she is applauded and sent home
but, if she fails in killing the baby, THEN she is prosecuted and jailed for abuse?
There is something that does NOT quite jibe here ....
Somebody send this to O'reilly. The one thing he is consistnetly good at is skewering the ACLU.
(Denny Crane: "Sometimes you can only look for answers from God and failing that... and Fox News".)
When the Deceiver comes to Earth, I now know what the mark is going to look like. "ACLU".
Does Pa. recognize the right of an unborn fetus to have a claim for personal injury if, for example, while carrying the baby, the mother is the non-negligent victim of another driver who is at fault in an auto crash in which the fetus is also injured by requiring a premature delivery or spontaneous traumatic abortion? If so, the ACLU is way off base. If not, the legal definition that apparently formed the basis of their case may be cognizable. That, of course, is entirely different than the judge's decision that after the child was born he/she suffered physical effects. He's totally correct on that.
And Jesus Wept
One would think the ACLU would be familiar with crack babies since so many of their members seem to have the "condition".
Thanks. Was having a nice evening and this just really ticked me off. That irresponsible selfish p.o.s.
Guess I'll have to have another glass of wine.
Don't worry I am NOT pregnant.
