Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice addresses the recent developments involving the drafting of an Iraqi constitution, Monday, Aug. 15, 2005, at the Department of State in Washington. Just 20 minutes before midnight, parliament voted to give negotiators another seven days, until Aug. 22, to try to draft the charter.

sungs, thanks for a delightful Dose.
I was wondering if you have ever seen, or happen to have, the picture of the President and a wheelchair bound T-Ball player. It was during the first year of T-Ball, and I thought it was the most poignant picture I had ever seen on the Dose or anywhere.
