Since I live in Waco, I and my family would have come if it had been something besides JUST a support the troops rally.

While I support the troops... Even democrats SAY they support the troops (just not the war), so the rally will accomplish nothing in my opinion.

A counter rally to that sheehan lady would have been a good idea, but I can see those in charge of this have no intention of endorsing that. Heck even a pro Bush rally would have had the same affect. Oh well.

There is still no information to give you on the site of the freep. I spoke with the Crawford police this morning, and he said they haven't yet made a decision about where to put us.

He promised to call back "real soon" with that information.

I'm scheduled to be at a going away gathering for Church man, his wife and 6 kids who are going to Africa to be missionaries or I would definitely fly across this great country to be there!

All due respect: then why go? The news in Crawford is Cindy 24/7 and if you're not going to mention her, you could hold a support our troops rally in Austin and get the same effect. The media will be all over themselves rushing to the 20 or so ditch witch supporters and ignoring you anyway.
