I think this is a first for me, but I am sure her kindness to have it remain was only because the judge was not going to allow her to remove it.

It is all about the product.

Martha should consider putting her name on off road vehicles. Was she licensed?

I doubt she called and asked to have her time extended.

It's probably because she was seen in that little vehicle too far from her house. BAD Martha!!!

But, those sexual predators are all running around on bail or even without being tracked.

I'm feel safer knowing the powers that be are riding herd on Martha instead of busting people who commited the crime of entering this country illegally or are staying with an expired visa.

We can all breathe a sigh of relief that for another three weeks at least, there will be no insider trading.

Martha is my favorite Capitalist. I'm sure she knew what she did was wrong, but I'm just as sure that in her heart of hearts she feels that she provides a needed service in this world (billions in sales can't be wrong) and that she's getting a teensy bit antsy to get off the ropes and make some more cash for her stockholders...such as moi!

It IS summer, for Pete's Sake. I'm sure she was just off-roading to gather wild nuts and twigs or something for an upcoming issue of her magazine. ;)

She was caught going to yoga classes - NOT ALLOWED.

She is allotted a certain amount of time per week (I think) to take care of her business (attend a meeting, etc.) - go to the dentist - go to the doctor - that's it.

She still hasn't figured it out. The rules DO apply to her, after all.

For all the pinheads so dead set against Martha, check your moral compasses. Here in America, where I'm concerned about our borders, language, and culture, not to mention terrorism, MS-13, or emmininnt domain, the justice system sure leaves me feeling safer by keeping this this business woman off the streets of America! I agree with Neil Cavuto's comment's today -

I feel safer now: Martha Stewart (search) has to keep her ankle bracelet on another few weeks.

That'll show her!

I guess we're all better off knowing that bracelet isn't coming off so soon. But not a word about all those sex offenders out there whose whereabouts none of us knows.

Where are their ankle bracelets? Where's the fuss over their comings and goings?

No, Martha takes a four-wheeler out of her house and authorities clamp down to make sure she stays "in" her house.

I just find it amazing we spend so much time focusing on Martha petting her horses' heads that we fail to see the people policing her are horses' asses.

Perhaps I'm being too tough. These guys are doing their job, but in a system that cares more about making a point against a domestic diva than tracking domestic deviants.

So they run free, while O.J. plays golf, while Martha stays inside.

Justice — like dinner — served. Now, excuse me if I vomit.

Sometimes I wonder what happened to the great expriment called America? Excuse me while I put on flameproof underwear, but keeping Martha from America is about the stupidest, thing I've heard this week! Perhaps the justice system does need to be overhauled...but then common sense is a God given thing, of which the justice system showed none on this case.
