Out justice system is nuts. A former "friend" broke his wife's nose and smashed out some of her teeth, after stalking and kidnapping her... and he got deferred adjudication with one year of probation. If anyone thinks we don't have a two-tiered justice system they are nuts. One system for the well off, and one for the rest.

We shot each other with our bb guns and slingshots. My best friend winged a flat stone at me from the field across the street that caught me above the left eye and opened a gash that took nine stitches to close. We fought each other with fists until both of us had bloody noses, black eyes, fat lips.

We went home and our moms took a look at us and hollered at us for ruining our clothes. Our dads looked at us over their newspapers and smiled. We were becoming men....

Ok, an 11 year old illegal immigrant throws a rock at 9 year old illegal immigrant, LAW ENFORCEMENT shows up throws the 11 year old to the ground, takes her to juvenile hall for five nights and releases her with an ankle bracelet to go to school while facing felony assault charges. I simply don't believe it.......this is scrappleface or some other bizarre joke.....correct?

You got that right! Eight kids our area were arrested for a High School Senior prank! Three felony charges were leveled against them. Coming from a school that has allowed senior pranks for about 50 years, its way over the top! Kids cannot be kids anymore.
