Prayer Needs: TexasFlower has passed away

Hi ~ I wanted to let you know that my dear sister, Tammy, passed away unexpectedly on June 30th. She had gastric bypass surgery on June 27, came home from the hospital on June 29th and passed away in the early morning hours of June 30th.

I'm not exactly sure of Tammy's username (something like "texaswarriorprincess") Tammy often talked about her involvement in this site and our family felt we should notify you of her death.

We lost our Dad in October, 2004. I know Tammy shared the news w/ you of my Dad voting prior to his death. He voted from the back of an ambulance while in hospice care.

We are shocked and deeply saddened by her sudden death. She is survived by our Mom, 2 sisters, one brother, and her two daughters.

Please pray for our family.

Tammy was my best friend here ... She was so good to me and sweet and encouraging. I love her and I always will.

Her birthday was less than two months ago. She was 46.

She was so proud of her daughters and talked about them often--her mom and dad too. God please watch over them. Watch over her family.

I'm shaking There's so much I want to say, but I dont' have the words. It feels like my heart's been ripped out of my chest.

I exchanged posts with your sister when I was actively involved. She was one of the real ones; decent and level headed.

There aren't any words that can lessen your grief but please do remember that people like her leave a lasting impact on those they meet. She will be missed and prayers go out for her and hers.
