Today President Bush attended the last day of the G-8 Meeting and Arrived back at Andrews Air Forse Base in Maryland and immediately went to the British Embassy in Washington D.C. to sign the guest book and offer condolences to the victims of terrorist attacks on London yesterday. The Ambassador expressed his appreciation for the outpouring of sympathy and support by the American people, and he thanks President Bush for the gesture
We will keep praying for your Dad, snugs. Keep us posted on his progress, OK?
That's an absolutely magnificent graphic, LUV!
So glad to hear your Dad is doing okay, Snugs. I usually get on the Dose the next day so didn't find out about him until this morning. Will pray for his health.
Off to the hospital to see dad now I will stay with him until about 8.00pm tonight so will check in about 8.45 with progress report.
Thanks for everyone kind wishes and prayers, too many to thank personally but all are appreciated .

Times mentioned in above post relate to UK so subtrate 5 hours eastern etc.
Thanks
Eleanor
Thanks for letting us know what is going on.. know you must be very tired from all the stress.. Hope you can catch up a bit on the weekend.
BTW... long waits at hospitals/ERs are common here also.. esp on weekends! Sounds like your dad is getting good care. Is a "water infection" the same as we call a bladder infection OR urinary tract infection?
GLad to har your father is getting the medical care he needs....Take care of yourself....(Am currently heading out the door to visit my dad today...WIll spend most of the time in the car traveling... Wish he were closer)
We look forward to hearing your report, and answered prayer, snugs. Take care!
Thanks for asking that about 'water' infection. I wondered what it was too............thought maybe pleurisy?
I know! With the 75mph speed limit, that is something like 30-40 minutes away!
"Our Lt. Governor "Steele" is going places, I am already signed up with his team to see him replace the retiring "Sarbanes" (Whom I refer to as "Darbrains" :-)"
I hope your efforts continue to yield positive dividends.
Who knows, as time marches on, perhaps MD, shall swing to
the red state side.

Thank you--I appreciate that. I loved doing it. God bless the two of them.
Please post your replies to MJY1288
MJY1288, My prayers go up for snugs and her Dad. Healing for her dad, comfort for snugs
Blessings,

If you want on/off my prayer ping list, please let me know. All requests happily honored.
I join in prayer for his full recovery from the angina!
You'll get a kick out of this:
No, I'm not new. I just never knew I could get 'pinged' to receive it ahead of others, so to speak. Once by PURE chance, I was in the top 10 respondents, but mostly I could NEVER figure out how 5 minutes after it went up, 50 or so responses were already there.
Now the irony: Quite some time ago, the trolls were particularly tough on you one night (I think you have a son in the military, right?) I will never forget your post to someone else, regarding 'spraying a little peppermint on the monitor' and moving on from there. I was so moved by the bravery and diplomacy in that response! I responded at the time, and we struck up a brief correspondence. You offered to tutor me regarding posting pics in fact, but I declined, while grateful, at the time.

Thanks, I'm so glad: No offense taken. (Sorry about the water pipes; not fun. Hope nothing is ruined!)
Thanks, (and I do love him!)
Yes you are correct that is the medical term for it commonly in the UK referred to as a water infection.
I commute, round trip, 100 per day. Yes, 60 miles is not far away.
