Seems to me the prosecution could have come up with additional charges against her after the video tape was uncovered.

They can still nail her for one rape that was not disclosed in the plea agreement. My guess is that she'll be picked up for it before the year is over.

In Canada it's illegal for jurors to discuss a case they tried. If three jurors did grant interviews then they would have done jail time; since there is no record then I must conclude that the "interviews" were fabricated.
