Agreed. The only "conditions" that need to be negotiated are when and where we will take their unconditional surrender.
We've been burned badly by taking other courses of action in the past. Nothing but total, unconditional, absolute surrender should even be considered.
Considering their tactics of prentending to surrender, I say anhillation of the terrorists (or what the MSM calls "insurgents") is the best course of action.
