Ahhhhhhhhhhh . . . but what's a grandfather for if not to spoil his grandbabies?! [I'm sure your wife secretly loves the fact that her grandsons love their "Pop Pop" so!]

Just got in.....Stopped at the grocery store. The wind was so strong it blew my glasses off and past the second row of cars....Have never seen anything like it. Sure is good to be home and only hear the rumbling in the distance.....and now for a bit of sanity island.

Bernard Goldberg made a serious error in the Title of his book... It should read like this:

"100 PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN SCREWING UP AMERICA"

Mike .. what cute guys! You're SO lucky .... I told my Sis that if I'm 92 and senile and actually have grandchildren, to SCREAM it in my ear .. LOL ... I'm waiting for my two 30+ sons to even be interested in a long-term dating relationship, prior to "going steady," commencing to thinking about the possibility to maybe get engaged.

Now, Kelly, you be real nice to your Mom and Dad. I swear, that was the WORST part of parenting, riding in the car with a teenager with a learning permit!! My nerves were shot. LOL

Yikes, I don't know how I survived the 3 of them.

LOL, I know that feeling, I took my Daughter to a parking lot near our home to teach her how to drive a car when she was 15. she mastered parallel parking, 3 point turns and all the proper uses of her turn signals, mirrors and braking before she enrolled in Drivers Ed. But nothing prepared me for the first time I rode with her after she got her Learners Permit :-)

But she did pass her Drivers test with no mistakes on her first try, but after we got home from the Test, I went back to work, and when my Wife got home she decided to let her take her for a spin. My daughter drove all of 100 feet before she had her first accident :-)

She stopped behind a car at a stop sign, and as he started to move, she looked to her left and started to go forward and the guy in front of her had to stop for a car he didn't see and my daughter ran right into the back of him :-) No damage to either car, but my wife wouldn't let her drive alone until I spent more time with her as a passenger. My first Gray hairs arrived during that period :-)
