This speech is addressed to the military. We, civilians, are allowed to watch it because it pertains to us as well.

Reports by military commanders in Iraq about "opposition" and "obstructionism" back home reducing morale, has resulted in this move to inspire faith in the mission in our troops.

If only more Americans had faith, period.
