Mount Ephraim, NJ (AHN) - Three children remain missing in a suburb of Camden, New Jersey with an intense search on for the kids who vanished Wednesday night.
11-year-old Anibel Cruz, 6-year-old Daniel Agosto, and 5-year-old Jesstin Pagan went missing around 5pm Wednesday night outside of a home they were playing in front of. The families of the missing children searched frantically for the children for four hours and then called police.
Cruz's aunt Jennifer Calo says, "We've done everything we can. The only thing we can do now is hope and pray we'll turn around and they'll be walking down the sidewalk and saying, 'We're here.'"
Jesstin's mother, Jessica Pagan says, "I turned my back for two seconds and they were gone."
Police launched a massive search in nearby wooded areas where bloodhounds tracked the scent of one of the boy's clothing. Helicopters and boats were uses along the Delaware River all day Thursday in hopes of a clue. Officials are also going door to door as well as checking abandoned houses and local train tracks.
Cruz's parents are especially concerned for the health of Anibel due to a serious mental condition the child suffers from that requires medication.
Police are not ruling out an abduction or foul play saying "There's no tangible evidence we've received to say, 'Yeah, there's foul play here, but it's possible."

Media blackout? Could it be because the kids are all hispanic from a rough part of town? Not white? Not blonde? Not in Aruba? Not in Utah? Why isn't the media 24/7 on this like they are for a girl we all know is dead in Aruba for 3 weeks?
Disgraceful.
The parents waited 4 HOURS before contacting police?
Philly tv news is all over this one.
They didn't wait for anything. You had 3 groups of parents, family members, and friends searching all over the place to make sure the kids were not hiding. Something is seriously wrong for not 1 not 2 but 3 kids to go missing in minutes.
The kids were playing.. they always hung out together...and they would never leave on their own.
Dog,local yes, national no. The story gets barely mentioned every 3-5 hrs on the cable channels and I don't think it was mentioned on one single national telecast tonight.Yet Aruba was all over the place.
I don't know---4 hours is a long time!!!
I believe that if that was one of mine, I could have my friends, neighbors, family looking within an hour, and would know by then if they were within "finding" distance...
AND, if I called the police and the kids came walking down the street an hour later, which would be 2 hours, I wouldn't apologize to the police, because 2 hours of not knowing where my little girl/boy was would probably do me in...
Nope, 4 hours is too long to wait to call the police, IMHO!
I heard about it, what media blackout!
They aren't three little blond girls....I am sorry to say, that is why...
My gosh, though, that Boy Scout in Utah got more coverage..
Maybe the parents are camera shy---I heard the parents of the Boy Scouts tell Hannity and Colmes that they WANTED to get on all of the cable shows so that they could get the attendent publicity so they could get volunteers..
There is nothing wrong with that---that is why the Amber Alert is there...maybe these boys parents need to get ahold of the cable channels and ask for help...
The pictures on this thread are from local news shots...I haven't been watching Fox all day...have they covered this story much...
Every time I switched from C-span, Fox and the other cable channels were talking about Natalee Aruba story...
I know that the article says the family and friends were out searching for the three children, but they should have called police immediately...better to have made the call, and then the kids turn up right away, rather than search on ones own, and lose valuable time...the police could have gotten more people out to search...they really lost valuable time....
How far from the Delaware River did these three children live...I have relatives who live right on the Delaware River, and that current in the river is really fast...if those childen got into that water, they would be swept away...as teenagers, swimming in the Delaware, in no time at all, the current had carried us further downstream than our parents comfort allowed...when we were out there swimming there were always one of the relatives keeping a watchful eye on us, making sure we did not drift too far down the river...
These children are just little ones...that Delaware River current would be deadly to them...
I just hope they are found alive, they are precious little ones...
... the health of Anibel due to a serious mental condition the child suffers from that requires medication.
Sheesh! Is English not this reporter's first language? They didn't even get Anibal's name right; a reader would reasonably expect Anibel to be a girl.
I hope they find them all soon. What a terrible situation.
I heard it on talk radio news.
Has anyone thought to check Neverland Ranch?
