I did some google searches on Arlene Ellis-Schipper. In Dutch, Schipper is pronounced "Shkipper". I'm so depressed . . . Apparently, she's a lesbian. Here's a couple of sites: nieuws, lesbische vrouwen = "news, lesbian women". The Dutch are much more libertarian about these matters.
