Good morning. Since I generally freep during the day, it is almost impossible to keep up with the volume of posts generated through the night. Thank you sarasota for pointing out TexKat's interesting post - I would have missed it otherwise.

As a mom, I want to believe Natalee is still alive and am encouraged every time I hear Beth Twitty mention kidnapping. The "tailor of Birmingham" adds to my hope. Prayers for Natalee and her family and my sincere thanks to those keeping this thread full of informative snips.

Goodmorning, TexKat! This information in your post from Riehl World got me thinking:

I'd have to check the interview again, but didn't she say they had to continually warn Joran to quit talking about Natalee to others?

Now that daddy sloot is locked up, I would like for our Fox News hounds to track down some of the kids to which Joran ran his mouth about Natalee. Hopefully, the authorities have called several of his schoolmates in to tell what Joran said to them about Natalee, but I haven't heard that reported.

If Joran did slip something into Natalee's drink, he probably had to brag about it to some of his buds. One would think that these kids would be willing to tell the truth about Joran now that they've gotten to see what happens to those that lie about Natalee's disappearance.

It would be nice if the adult Aruban professional (quoted above) would go public and "On the Record" (no pun intended) to confirm the statement above. If Joran is a psychopath and really does drug girls for sex, I want this information to be made public!

Don't get me wrong, I don't want to hear any specific details of a sexual nature, just whether or not he bragged about slipping something into Natalee's drink, or any other girl's drink. If this information is nothing but a rumor, then its time to put it to rest once and for all. If it's true, then the public deserves to know that Joran is a first class creep at best.

It is a very sad tragedy for all involved. I believe many have forgotten, "discipline perceived is discipline achieved."

This scenario would be very difficult for any parent to remain sane. NSNR

AvdS says that the Kalpoe brothers are not close friends, more like mates, of JvdS, he didn't know them that long.

Why would "just like mates" lie for JvdS, perhaps favors for PvdS?

JvdS didn't know the brothers that long yet he can call them in the middle of the night for a ride to CnC while he picks up Natalee, and then drive the two of them to another location. What's in it for the brothers?

I'm not buying the story that JvdS sneaked out. He appears to drink and gamble with dad. Dad seems to have a different set of rules than mom.

Additionally, if someone approached the house late at night wouldn't that alert the dogs?

I think the Holloways are covering all their bases, just in case the kidnapping thing is a ruse. Could be a crank ransom; I mean, what assurances do they have that it's the real deal?
