wasn't there some singer named Twitty?
------
Conway Twitty?
I would think that they would. If e-mails can be retrieved I would thing instant messages would be also.
FNC ... hearing is over.
Waiting on judge to rule.
The twitty boy is one of the twitty twins who are sons of Jar if I am not mistaken. this breaks my heart if it was him.
Rule: family is usually to be trusted when they don't like boyfriends.
Cops seemed to have known the kids were IM'ing, but I wasn't sure if the kids admitted it or it they could actually trace the messages themselves.
Correction:
JvdS's hearing over ... four to go.
I think IM's can be retrieved. I think anything you write on a puter can be retrieved.
It is my understanding that the hosting IM company (AOL, Yahoo, MSN, etc.) keeps the IM's for a period of about 3 years. LE would then subpoena the host to retrieve the IM's.
Yes, I saw that. I don't know why we all just can't get along. :)
"Come on, people now !
Smile on yo brotha

Thanks debg.

Okay did Joran get his cell phone when he went home after his father picked him up around 11:00 p.m..
Did Joran use a payphone at this time?
Is the cellphone Joran used at the beach his own or someone elses?
Geraldo reporting that they are being taken out of the courthouse and being returned to the facility where they have been kept.
Geraldo stating that court has been released for today.
Geraldo is in such a rush in this reporting this a.m. that it is not exactly clear what is transpiring at the present.
Have you or anyone heard that Aruba's justice minister has admitted taking Joran's father into custody for the purpose of making Joran talk?
I just read that on scaredmonkeys. First time I heard that.
Well, I have been a Dominick Dunne fan for ages. Being a crime buff I read all of Dunne's books when they were first written. It was common knowledge when "A Season in Purgatory" was written that it was about the Moxley murder and that Skakel was the killer. In fact, I believe Vanity Fair did a story on it.
Then Dunne was all over the Moxley case and spoke of his involvment. Lastly, Dunne recently wrote an autobiographical book ... can't remember the name but it has the word Justice in it, I think. In the book Dunne tells the whole story straight and how he was given the secret report ... and decided to get Mrs. Moxley and Furhman together. Furthermore, Furhman has acknowledged such in many interriews on TV.
No secret.
you mean Rudy Croes, who was on with Geraldo last night? he is the Justice minister, but as i understand it, the prosecution is separate and apart from the gov't, and Rudy was merely conjecturing that was the reason, he wasn't admitting it as a person who would have been in a position to know for certain? do you know what i mean?i could be wrong but that is how i read what he said.
LOL at your Slurp Slurps
Makes sense. Thanks!
maybe someone else can chime in re; the cast of characters, but i think the only one that i have seen that officially speaks for the prosecution is MaryAnn Croes, no relation to either Rudy or the partyboatDJ suspect. She is actually a prosecution rep. The other governmental officials are not connected to or informed of the evidence or strategy of the prosecution, is how i understand it.
