maybe someone else can chime in re; the cast of characters, but i think the only one that i have seen that officially speaks for the prosecution is MaryAnn Croes, no relation to either Rudy or the partyboatDJ suspect. She is actually a prosecution rep. The other governmental officials are not connected to or informed of the evidence or strategy of the prosecution, is how i understand it.
The sad part about all of this is that Aruba does not permit polygraph tests in their court of law. Does anyone know if those in custody have volunteered to take a polygraph? This would put an end to all this speculation. These teenagers are not adept enough to fool a good polygraph exam.
I feel Joran is guilty. However if a body is not found it will be very difficult to get a conviction.
According to Arubagirl, Rudy Croes isn't even a lawyer. PVDS is.
I have followed this, like many of you, since day one. I have Fox on constantly and am reading everything I can on FR. Thanks for the info all of you post. Thanks, brigette, for the additional web sites. I never heard of them, and am now reading riehlworldview and scaredmonkeys in addition to FR. I love to read everyone's opinion on this case.
