In this photograph, made available by the U.S. Marines an Iraqi man sits on the floor with
welts and lacerations across his back and arms from being tortured with electricity
while held captive, according to the Marines. The man, along with three others, were
discovered by Iraqi Security Forces and Marines from 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine
Regiment inside what the Marines say was an insurgent torture chamber in the city
of Karabilah, Iraq during Operation Spear. (AP Photo/USMC Cpl Neill A. Sevelius)

I'm sure Durbin believes that it was our troops that did this.

At least he didn't have to endure the horrors of air-conditioning, Christina Aguilera, and panties on the head. Let's keep our priorities in order here.

I didn't realize that you deliberately made the headline misleading. When I read, "Marines release horrific photo of recently tortured prisoner" I immediately assumed, in the recent context of Durbin and Gitmo…

My headline is not misleading, the current media context is.

That was my point.

Sickening. Reports state they didn't even question these men they just tortured them for the please of torture. Amnesty International, Dick Durbin, Ted Kennedy and the fools in Hollywood are helping these animals by the idiotic rhetoric they spew. Makes one want to puke.

I'm actually surprised this story even ran in any news media.

Indeed. I'll be even more amazed if the media doesn't quickly begin an all-out effort to hype some other story, in hopes of burying this one.

I know. The point of my statment was that if this young man had heard anything about the treatment of our prisoners in Gitmo, what would he think of their treament by comparison to his own treatment by those who support the terrorists at Gitmo..............

Indeed, but as Flyer pointed out, the caption is still very poorly worded.

I still hate the media... OK? ;)

Once...just ONCE...I want to see one of these leftist scumbags pay a real cost for what they say.

The left has no agenda but obstruction and the politics of personal destruction.

The right on the other hand is trying to get things done and has no time for making the left pay.

The right leaves it up to the voters to dispense the justice.

The picture should be enlarged and sent to every one of those lily-livered Democrats, Socialists, and Liberals, so they can see what real torture is, and who is doing it.

WHERE is the Outrage, from Kerry, Kennedy, Clinton, et al?

He was tortured by Michael Moore’s minutemen not Durbin's storm troopers.

Right!
