Yes, but he says the autopsy says it's unanswered why she collapsed, and he says there can be strangulation without evidence of strangulation.

I thought he was an intelligent reasonable guy, I guess I was wrong. Let's put aside moral arguments for a sec. You do realize that without her higher brain centers, she wouldn't experience thirst? Are you aware that conscious people who are on feeding tubes for an extended time don't experience hunger or thirst per se?

And certainly they can't suffer from the other, deeper effects of dehydration I'm sure. < /sarcasm >
