It's their job to look at the evidence as it's presented by BOTH sides. Not just the prosecutions side.
The DA presented the evidence as they saw it.
The defense did the same thing.
In this case...the defense did the better job.
And I agree with you. Just think Sneddon shouldn't have let her babble on and on; it doesn't appear she was prepped very well.
And his victims are very, very, young. When they are older he throws them away, I wonder how many actually remember or understand his "love" touches.
The fact that MJ chose kids from dysfunctional families is very telling. It's exactly how predators work. They go after those who appear vulnerable, whether you're someone walking down a street after dark, with your head down, looking fearful...and you're mugged...to children who aren't getting the nurturing they need at home from loving parents. MJ's behavior is textbook pedophile, a dead giveaway, and he'll be at it again within a month. On his next tour, he'll take a few poor kids under his wing as he trips through Europe and South America. They'll pay off the families, and nobody will say a word.
I could only stand to watch a few minutes of the jury talking afterward but what a stark contrast to the thoughtful, intelligent jurors from the Peterson trial.
You will get no argument from me about that
But the mother was not on trial .. MJ was
PS. predators are not out of control touching every kid they see...they are very much controlled and choose their victims for what every reason they have in their minds.
I have known families were the father molested two of his kids but never touched the other two.

Has anyone noted that on the same day the Supremes overturned a conviction of a black guy because there were no whites on the jury, an all white jury clears Michael Jackson? Ironic, isn't it?
I just heard Trace Gallagher on my local Fox radio station, and he said that he talked to the jurors and they said they took a vote right after they got the case, and they ALL voted NOT GUILTY...
They said that they could have come out 15 minutes after they got the case...NOT GUILTY..
Oh, yeah, this was a fair trial!
VERDICT: The jury was weird.
I know that too. Have had to deal with it in my family on my ex's side.
Plus the stories from my mom and her uncle.
When you give quarter to stupid people coming to verdicts based on things that don't have anything at all to do with the child being molested, you ARE giving license to these stupid jurors not to be accountable for their dumb results.
And when jurors think it's okay with people if they make their decisions on PERSONAL VIEWS, then it IS on the people's heads who don't stand up and shout about it.
I'm saying MJ like being around young boys. Some he just hangs around with, others he gets a little "closer" to. He makes sure which ones are easy prey when the wants to "beat it". Plus, the "if you talk about my hands down your pants and you'll never work in this town again" factor might also come into play.
These are twelve of the most stupid people I've ever seen.
It's hard to figure out if they're stupid, evil, or a combination of the two. They didn't even seem to take the charges seriously. I swear, I thought one of them was going to say something like, "Hey, having a celebrity put his hands down your pants--that kid shoulda been proud!"
Then that idiot woman juror on Fox who wondered what kind of parent would put her child in such a dangerous position--as if THAT is the matter she was there to judge. I guess as long as you have an idiot for a parent, you're fair game. This makes me sick.
