Howlin told a poster who disagreed with him that when MJ molests another child, it is on that posters head too. That's a ridiculous thing to say.
Howlin defended Michael Schiavo. The question is perfectly good. If Schiavo does to another what he has done to Terri and his own parents, would that be on Howlin's head? Of course not!!!

Sounds like the jurors were prejudiced against the mother rather than listening to the evidence. It shouldn't matter how much you like or dislike a witness, are the facts there and do the facts back up the case.
An MSNBC reporter basically confirmed that jurors didn't like the victim's mother when she snapped at them, talked to them, and looked at them. It seems she was a HUGE hole in the prosecutor's boat, and it therefore - sunk.

Yes, I have been talking to a detective who deals with pedophiles. He says when they're arrested, they always tell him they can never stop. Jackson will do it again. And I know there is one smart kid out there who will convict him.

No there wasn't. The conspiracy case was laughable - seriously, if kidnapping means eating at fancy restaurants, getting spa treatments and dental work for the kids, then feel free to kidnap me anytime. Secondly, the key witnesses were all admitted liars - there is no reason for a jury to believe them. Thirdly, if you are going to admit prior acts try to make sure that the alleged victims testify for the prosecution and not the defense. Now the alcohol charges may have had more substance but that wasn't that much.

Very early into the trial the jury was reported to be laughing and joking about different witnesses while they were on a lunch break. They were behind a barricade and could not be seen, but could be heard. Anyone remember this? I thought at the time it's all over, he's walkin'
