Sheets also voted AYE (big surprise), however Nelson didn't surprise me - he is probably the most conservative Democrat in the Senate.

Oops -- missed Sheets's AYE vote. Now two Dem defections, including Nelson of Nebraska. Northeastern RINOs staying with the party. This one is over, not that tghere was any great doubt.
