The two suspects arrested in connection with the disappearance have just been charged with murder, homicide and kidnapping leading to homicide.
Dan Abrams is currently speaking to the suspect's attorney. The attorney said he might have information about what evidence the police have against his clients in his briefcase, but he hasn't read it yet.
He said that the suspects deny ever meeting or seeing Natalee and that they fit the profile of who the police are looking for and have nothing to do with the case.

These two men may be guilty, but they are denying it. Trying to hit on women and pimping for free cigarettes doesn't make them her killers.

Chaperone in this case is a generic term being used by the media.It is very naive to think their were real chaperones on this trip.
that is the thing, as far as we know they haven't found a body, and there has been no indication they have found anything with her blood etc but they confiscated a bunch of cars from the suspects, yesterday, or maybe someone must have confessed to something or why else is the FBI and Arubian police sending in divers to scour all the beaches and water around the island...

Why didn't they take her to the main entrance?
Considering that something might have gone wrong when the trio was behind the lighthouse with the girl, police decided to do a search in that area without any result. There are no reasons to detain the three young men.
Is is possible that they were never there behind the lighthouse?
In separate interrogations the three were asked if there was anybody that could have seen them when they dropped off the girl. All three, separately, mentioned to have seen the security guards of the hotel speaking to the young lady when they were leaving. The description of the guard uniforms does not match with the guards of the Holiday Inn.
Pre set story? Why can't this hotel have the loitering scum from the other hotel removed each time they show up? Seems to be a constant problem. Why wasn't it dealt with better previously?
The security tapes of the hotel indeed show the two guards, of the Allegro Resort, walking in front of the hotels. Based on this a search was made at the Allegro Resort that is closed for renovation. The two guards were thus the last to see Natalee.
Does the tape show Natalee talking with the two guards?
The 3 young guys dropped her off at Holiday Inn.
The 3 young guys said they saw her talking to some Hotel Workers.
The 3 young guys ID of the workers uniforms WERE NOT Holiday Inn uniforms.
The Holiday Inn security camera shows guys with Allegro Hotel uniforms hanging around.
The Allegro hotel is shut down for repairs.
The two guys arrested worked at the Allegro Hotel.
Now unless these 3 young guys are brilliantly evil...all could stand up to probably extremely intense separate interrogations...targeted this girl well in advance of that night...and had pre-planned set these two Allegro guys up....

I read somewhere on the net that one of the original three persons of interest was the son of a judge. I have no idea if this is true or just some wacky theory. Maybe the two security guards are just a couple of dupes who happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time.
No, the three guys were described as locals she had met early in her trip to Aruba. One was said to be a Dutch National and the other two were said to be Surinam Nationals.
Aruba needs to hang someone quick for this. Their economy is at stake.

well I think about it now and if I were a parent I would be livid,
I went on a school trip to Italy and I was 15 as were most of us on the trip the funny thing was some of the older kids acted more like chaperones and kept us out of any real trouble for the most part
in Sorrento, it was not safe to be out unless in a large group, it was freaky, you talk about Islam, try rural Italy in 1976, all the local girls were locked up at supper time and the horny Italian boys would hang out at the hotels where the American and Canadian girls were, they would say you want to have sex, you want to go to bed, we couldn't believe that, like a mob scene......and yet still there were two girls in our group trying to sneak out with these two Italian guys....
when we went to Rome, more normal, but we were out until all hours every night, the drinking age is 14 there, I have no clue what our teacher/chaperones were doing, maybe each other, no, our Latin teacher was definitely gay, oh, hmmm...

man it was crazy we almost lost one of my friends, also 15, we were frantic, we were just about to break down and ask one of the teachers for help when she stumbled into the hotel room, totally drunk and oblivious.....
