An estimated 53,000 people die each year in the United States from secondhand smoke

53,000 people die from SECOND HAND SMOKE?  So, the same number of 53,000 is the same for smokers? What's wrong with this picture!

Also, the American Cancer Instiute admitted they LIED about these firgures!  Yet the yahoos are still using this figure to further their agenda!

American Cancer Society Admits "Mistake" in Ad

And second hand smoke?  I guess they are calling the Oak Ridge Labs a LIAR!!!!!

Statistics and Data Sciences Group Projects

I think any anti who tries to dismiss the findings of the U.S. Department of Energy labs at Oak Ridge, should be confronted with the question: "Are you saying that DOE researchers committed scientific fraud and that their findings on ETS exposure are untrue?"

Is it time yet for National Smokers Disobedience Day? Oh, the humanity! - A day devoted to people lighting up in all public spaces. (Travel in groups. Bring mace).

An estimated 53,000 people die each year in the United States from secondhand smoke with non-smokers consuming the equivalent of four cigarettes in two hours.

That estimate is probably very high. Approximately 1,153,000 people die each year from inhaling emissions from autos, power plants, factories, etc. Should we stop driving on Father's Day, shut off the electricity and not wear any clothing that day (factory produced)? Or, should we just shut down every power plant, excepting nuclear, in the world?

I'm sure there were no smoke free restaurants in Illinois until this law passed. (sarc)

So, not all restaurants are partaking in this anti-everything day? That's the way I read, when they have to list the ones that are participating.
