As I said before, they´ll announce that they´ve accepted MJs invitation to Ever-again-Land tonight. They´re partying together with their kids. Just because they - and especially MJ - love them.

Am assuming just what you said...that if they disbelieved any part of the family's testimony they could just throw it out.
But I think they could STILL search for corroberation to the charges elsewhere in the testimony or facts in evidence, was my point. But if they did not want to find Jackson guilty of anything, they could simply choose the defense version that nothing happened because the family was not credible. That was the part that caused me to think possible jury nullification, because it is Michael Jackson and they do not want to convict Michael Jackson if they can possible avoid it.
I am questioning those on here who have said that if the family was suspect, the jury had no choice but to find not guilty. They have the right as a jury to do that, but I think they can also choose another approach, and that is to search elsewhere for corroberation to the charges, apart from the family testimony. My impression is they did not want to. Just my impression...
(As to the believability of the accuser himself, people say he was credible in the original taped statement he gave the police. But that he was not as good as a live witness, and he was found wanting at times on cross.)
CTV showing cars stopped alongside of the highway to permit Jackson caravan passage.......just like we in the South act when a funeral cortege goes by. MJ does not deserve this courtesy.
