Just left the American Legion in NE Colorado. Mr Bush had better take a long long look at his immigration policy because some of his most ardent supporters are getting very very pissed very very fast over his over run the border policy. NO JOKE

Seems as though the press wishes to label the President as the ineffectual leader when it is the Senate Body that is dead locked. I'm of the opinion that the senate has been relieved of accountability for far too long. Presidents (both Dem and Rep) take the heat while the Senate with many who preside within for decades escape blame for economic, defense and constitutional responsibilities.
One term for a Senator is six years. Two years short of a full two year term for a President. Collectively this group arguably is more to blame for the direction of the country given most surpass one President's stay in D.C.
What we have are self created lame Duck Senators playing childish games instead of addressing the needs of the people that sent them to washington. The Senate needs to be cleansed. A good start will be in eliminating the old termers that don't understand who they really serve. McCain, Warner, Spectre, and Lott. Then eliminating their would be successors- Graham, DeWinw, Murkowski, Hagel.
