For the freedom you enjoyed yesterday...
Thank the Veterans who served in The United States Armed Forces.
Canteen Backyard Cookout!!
Okay, who's cooking??
|
|
Tomkow? Old Sarge? Tonkin? HiJinx? Auntie Fawnn? Ma??????
Long weekends sometimes are family backyard cookouts. While this weekend is Memorial Weekend, which we in the Canteen take seriously, a little kickoff fun is planned. We thank our Troops for their service to our nation.
We have some beer!
Some eats!
Some fishing....
Some lounging around...
You a Redneck?? You might be a Redneck if your pickup looks like this!
Some more beer!
Somemore lounging around...
Tomkow has to show off at every Canteen party! Soooo, what's your idea of a Backyard Cook Out?

"Where are they? The ducks, Jenkins, you said there were ducks in this place!"
"That'll teach that goldanged double-parkin' so-and-so, now where's that other scofflaw at?"
"Lessee now, we've got the snake in the drawer, and here's the tack on the seat, now what else can we do to Sister Mary Daniel?"
Doesn't this look like a giant vacuum cleaner?
"Awright, first smartass to yell, 'Surf's Up!' gets to push us back out to the ship!"
(snging) "Painting in the sheaves, painting in the sheaves..."
"Keep looking, it was right under the seat, soft and green..."
"I don't give a hang, Sarge can look for his OWN woobie!"

Funny stuff, Old Sarge. Stay warm!!
To: uncleshag
I'll be sure to do that Unc...I know she will appreciate it.
FYI...Sgt M wrote me that all the letters, cards, and packages that are sent to the troops are the major coping mechanisms for them and they are very grateful.

Big boot?
I am only a 9 1/2 extra wide.
I was at the carnival a while back and the woman weight guesser looked at me and asked... "How can such a big guy have such little feet? "
I sheite you not. She really asked me that! I could have won a prize if I were more alert that day....

What is that thing?
Do you eat it or throw it at someone?
The wafer looks good though!
To: Radix
Is it true what they say about a guy with little feet?
