"Feingold is scared. He just said he was worried that "Frist will not abide by the agreement" and deploy the Nuke.

"Well, Duh, Feingold. Frist is not the a party to the agreement..."

And as I said in Post202:
Frist must keep everything as obscure as possible to keep these flakes under control. None of the Demodogs want to test this "filibuster" of judges again. They will be completely killed - and they are starting to realize that they have the rug completely torn out from under them.

This is gonna be great!

I'm almost starting to believe that Frist had a plan for this all along.

I agree...Frist made them paint themselves into a corner. Sometimes, patience appears as inaction.

The GOP is right on the issue. He figures when push comes to shove, right will out. Now it is all about timing, and I think he knows how to pull those levers too.

"This is gonna be great! "

McCain and the rats made costly miscalculation; as did the donks: They thought this would go away. Part of the charm of the internet is that we no longer are subject to ANY NEWS CYCLE (24 hour cable included). Our news cycle never stops. We never stop talking to each other, leaving each other messages, and cross posting to each other in blogs. Frist has the grass roots behind him, and understands that if the MSM stops reporting on it, we will NOT stop paying attention.

I think they are just waking up to the realization that outside of the beltway, lots of us are paying attention, and will not let up.
