Go read the previous 100+ posts and perhaps your confusion will be minimized. Please direct me to a specific post then?

You call throwing away at least two qualified judges "losing nothing"? Weird math. You are presuming they've thrown away two. I'm presuming the same (1 or 2). We don't know. And you're also assuming those same 1 or 2 judges would have survived a nuclear battle - not exactly a safe bet.
And the language of "extraordinary" or "exceptional" circumstances is ridiculous. And "exceptional circumstance" of a Dem is a conservative nominee breathing.
No! Really?!? Gosh, you'd think someone might have mentioned that before now, but here I was thinking that language didn't mean anything. < / sarcasm >

Any post by Coop (hint: that's me) would be a good place to start.

The deal says they'll lose two...Saad and Myers. Or that's how I've seen several reports on it.

And Lindsey Graham says he think it will be one. Time will tell.

When we get some conservative judges on the bench I may cheer up, and when we get more conservatives on SCOTUS, I will then declare this some type of victory.

Unfortunately for you, yes it does. You're trying to sway my opinion, and you have more work to do.Coop, the Good Lord gave me the wisdom to recognize what I can't change. Our kind of hard headedness falls into that category.

I just wish McCain would say he is a democrat.
