You call throwing away at least two qualified judges "losing nothing"? Weird math.

You are presuming they've thrown away two. I'm presuming the same (1 or 2). We don't know. And you're also assuming those same 1 or 2 judges would have survived a nuclear battle - not exactly a safe bet.

And the language of "extraordinary" or "exceptional" circumstances is ridiculous. And "exceptional circumstance" of a Dem is a conservative nominee breathing.

No! Really?!? Gosh, you'd think someone might have mentioned that before now, but here I was thinking that language didn't mean anything. < / sarcasm >

The deal says they'll lose two...Saad and Myers. Or that's how I've seen several reports on it.
