I think it is interesting that this gang of 7 thinks they have amended the Constitution to require that the President "consult" with the senate in deciding who he should nominate. The arrogance of this position is just breathtaking. Talk about a power grab. Oh, but if he does, Byrd promises his nominees will be treated more gently. How disgusting. I just can't stand this.

I want to see the President call a presser, grab his pocket Constitution and read aloud how his powers are delineated regarding judges.
He can then add, "I will not stand by and allow anyone to subvert the Constitution. Vote on my nominees."
