If we get votes on all seven, that's the bottom line. No, it's not. The 'Craps are free to filibuster any others in the future, including (especially!) Supreme Court nominees who don't pass their pro-abort/pro-gay marriage litmus tests. Bet your last dollar they will.
We may not have the votes to pass the Byrd option, then. This is a big "win" for the obstructionist 'Craps.
