No, it's not. The 'Craps are free to filibuster any others in the future, including (especially!) Supreme Court nominees who don't pass their pro-abort/pro-gay marriage litmus tests. Bet your last dollar they will.

We may not have the votes to pass the Byrd option, then. This is a big "win" for the obstructionist 'Craps.
