Frist can simply refuse to move on to any other business until votes on ALL of the nominees are taken. If that means the Senate is in session continuously until the Government runs out of money on October 1, so be it.

I am starting to think that Frist is giving them enough rope to hang themselves!

If Frist did that, I WOULD vote for him for Pres.

I've never considered Frist a serious candidate for the top job. I like him ok as a Senator.

From what I understand, Saad was th author of an email that criticized Debbie Stab-a-cow (senator where he would be appointed to the federal bench: Michigan). The email was "discovered" and he was going to go down because of that. So, no, it has nothing to due with ideology and all to do with political vengeance.

That person that responded to me didn't understand, that I was commenting on John McCain's betrayal of the Republicans by his compromising deal with the Democrats/Liberal ( America haters... traitors ) as, him being a Benedict Arnold of the Republicans.
He commented why have I not served in the military, and I gave them a very legitimate reason why I could not have served in the military, and he accused me of having a Cavalier attitude towards those who have severed, HOW UNTRUE !!! I have to utter most respect and honor towards those who served in the military, and in fact my nephew just got back from Iraq and got hit by 5 bullets in the battle Fallujha for fighting for this persons FREEDOM !

You are so Right! Take the quick 3 and bring up the most feared judicial nominee & watch the Demorats filabuster- then Frist better use the nuclear option then or Arnold McCain's attempt to cut Frist off at the knees will have suceeded. The treacherous Seven MUST be voted OUT of the Senate!
