Wolf Blitzer just announced that Priscilla Owen in meeting right now with President Bush and Sen. Frist, I believe he said.
Funny, I just seen on FOX, President Bush congratulate Ms. Owens and Ms. Owens thanking her fellow senators, standing next to the president. I assumed she got the job. But I can't find any mention of it here.

I understand that philosophy, and it was so rabidly apparent when the "Queen of mean" Barbara Boxer was verbally abusing Condi Rice in the confirmation hearings. Condi did a gotcha on Boxer and got away with it because she is so popular and so smart and attractive,plus she is a female minority and Boxer was so over the top nasty(menopausally insane)is that a real word? Most nominees cannot get away with even raising their eyebrows against the nasty inquisitors.
