I understand that philosophy, and it was so rabidly apparent when the "Queen of mean" Barbara Boxer was verbally abusing Condi Rice in the confirmation hearings. Condi did a gotcha on Boxer and got away with it because she is so popular and so smart and attractive,plus she is a female minority and Boxer was so over the top nasty(menopausally insane)is that a real word?
