I just wish that Frist, Allen, Cornyn, Hutchison, Santorum and all of the ones that DO NOT SIGN ON TO this agreement would sign an agreement or have a presser themselves to let us know exactly how they stand NOW....

I do know that Rush said that there were some judges whose deals were made, but not written on the agreement, which stinks out loud!
But hints that Saad or Myers or both will be voted down. (Hope that doesn't hint at some kind of secret agreement.)

Graham said that Saad will get to a floor vote, but there were 1 or 2 OTHER judges that will not. Won't say who, Sean asked him to.
