Why don't you read the whole story. They are underage and were reported missing to the police. When the cops couldn't find them dad went looking. No one at the party would give them a ride home. Sounds like they were being held against their wishes by a bunch of drunks. Yeah, dad is the bad guy, alright.

Definition: In 1910, Congress passed the Mann Act which makes it a federal crime to transport individuals under the age of 18 across state lines to engage in any sexual activity.
The original intent of the law was to stop prostitutes from being moved from one locale to another or out of the country. It now also applies to an adult taking a consensual minor to another state.
-- and --
TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 117 > § 2421 Prev | Next

Whoever knowingly transports any individual in interstate or foreign commerce, or in any Territory or Possession of the United States, with intent that such individual engage in prostitution, or in any sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense, or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.
Penalties can include being fined for $5,000, or imprisoned for 5 years, or both. The penalty could be doubled if a minor is involved.

He was justified in pulling the gun, in my opinion.
Maybe in Virginia, USA - but in England?

This is New England, comrade. I rather expect it is HE who will be jailed, fined, sued, and in the process losing his job, house, cars, and savings. While he is in prison, his daughters will be taken away and given remedial instruction on how to hate America, how to put condoms on cucumbers, and how to appreciate pornography. The frat boys will drop out of college and retire on the punitive damages they receive, becoming drug addicts, rapists, and criminals. The ACLU attorneys who represented the frat boys will be given lifetime appointments to the federal judiciary. And "moderation" would again descend upon the land.

Well you see it's like this. We in the Southwest are having to give up our states to Mexico, and since we didn't think it was fair, we decided to give the east coast back to England or sumthin'.

UNH bans all firearms on campus, including those inside cars driving through campus. Self-defense is not an option. Who cares what UNH has to say on the matter? New Hampshire state law is what counts, and New Hampshire is pretty libertarian about guns.
To: Poser
If I was surrounded by guys that looked like this I think I would pull a gun too.

LOL
I am still in a part of the U.S. Although, I see almost just about as many flags from South American countries flying on rear view mirrors as I do American flags. It's becoming a problem here in CT, too. I hope we can get our country back before it's too late.
