A Manchester man who went to retrieve his two daughters from a party at a University of New Hampshire fraternity was arrested early yesterday morning after he pulled a handgun and told revelers to "back off."

Was asking because my son (age 23) has the bicuspid aorta value and will need valve replacement when he hits around 40. . .while he has leakage there are no symptoms and he is a very athletic, tough kid (hockey goalie).

I didn't have anything to add. We've examined several statutes in the course of this thread. Basically, it would come down to what a prosecutor thought he could sell a jury. Could a prosecutor sell kidnapping, when two girls over the age of consent willing go with someone to a party? I doubt it, but I've no way to prove it, hence my lack of responses.
