I didn't have anything to add. We've examined several statutes in the course of this thread. Basically, it would come down to what a prosecutor thought he could sell a jury. Could a prosecutor sell kidnapping, when two girls over the age of consent willing go with someone to a party? I doubt it, but I've no way to prove it, hence my lack of responses.
