Not judging, friend. Your extreme negative reaction to critcism of pornography is troubling, though. Almost sounds like the reactions I've heard from people when I critcize their use of drugs...

You're right, it's not. It's also not my business that you feel free to broadcast your "liking" of porn on a public internet forum, but that didn't stop you, did it?

I just clicked on this topic because it was on the News page, and I must say I was pretty surprised that anyone would just flat out write, nice and simple, "I like porn" and end it with a period.

You are not kind of embarrassed about it or anything? You say so on a public forum, presumably where you will hang out and discuss various other topics, and you feel quite comfortable just to throw that out there, rather matter of fact?

I guess I am naive, I have never gone searching for porn on the Internet, and I hear it is out there plenty, and I have never accidental run across porn on the Internet either, Google must be doing a good job for me.

I participated in the earliest of early bulletin boards, I before windows was even invented, probably 1982 or 1983. In all that time I have never had the desire to go looking for porn, and I can't understand anyone who would just come flat out and defend pornography.

I am not an expert, oh yes I have read Playboy and Penthouse in my younger years, and once my husband brought home a porn tape and we turned it of after 10 minutes, it was disgusting, and it got thrown out. I am not enough of a consumer to probably make this next statement, don't you think the world would be a better place without pornography? I saw specials on TV about the pornography actors and actresses and they have horrible lives. On tv this one actress described a sex act involving multiple male partners that was really painful, how can things like this turn you on????? Instead of watching fantasy why don't you do more of the real thing? I can't see one single good thing about porn, not one and I would not mind seeing it banned. It has no redeeming value and I DO believe that constant viewing "warps" people. I think Ted Bundy was right about porn.
