HIBBS, Pa. (AP) A man angry about an argument chased down a motorcycle and rammed it with his pickup truck, killing the bike's two riders, state police said.
Edward A. Belch, 44, of McClellandtown, apparently got in an argument with the motorcycle's passengers Tuesday evening, authorities said. The two people then got on the motorcycle and left, and Belch followed them on state Route 21, passing other vehicles, until he hit the motorcycle, police said.
Terri Lynn Gresko, 44, and a 54-year-old man whom police didn't immediately identify died at the scene.
Belch was being held in the Fayette County jail Wednesday after being arraigned on two counts of criminal homicide Tuesday. It was not clear what the argument was or how Belch knew the other two people, state police said.

As a motorcyclist, it's bad enough with the cagers not paying attention to where they're going or what's going on around them. But dealing with homocidal killers that run you down, it's murder. Murder in the first degree.

My friends dad was having an affair with this guys wife. He bumped the back of the bike with his full size bronco. He said he was trying to scare him. I don't know if he was scared, because he was killed upon impact with the ground.
It was rough, because my friend was close friends with the daughters of the guy that killed her father. She had a hard time and eventually they moved away.

Gad, it's depressing how terribly-written some news articles are these days.

Before I went to prison I was riding behind a Camaro and went to pass him and he switched lanes almost running me off the road. I let it go thinking maybe he had not seen me, but when I tried to pass him again, he did the same thing. To top it off he also did a brake check causing me to almost run into the back of him.
Right after the brake check we came to an intersection and he stopped. I pulled up next to him and a car pulled up behind him. There was a car in front of him so he was boxed in.
I got off of my bike, jumped on his hood and stomped the winshield down to the dashboard. I jumped off, opened his door and motioned for him to get out. He was screaming like a little girl. To top it off his girlfriend was in the car.
The light changed, I hopped on my bike and rode off.

IMHO, this is not a road rage case, as the argument started on the ground and then the victims mounted and rode away - unfortunately not far or fast enough to get away from this nutter.
However, I can not help but form a mental picture of a guy named "Belch" who drives a pick-up truck.

Being that my life has been spent on my Harley for the past 37 years, I've seen, been involved, or was verbally entertained by all kinds of death defying acts of ignorance. But there are 2 old rules that pertain to this article.
Rule #1 - Cager vs. biker = biker loses.
Rule #2 - Finish your argument before you leave the parking lot.
Rule #2 sometimes requires stitches, but it beats requiring an urn for your ashes.

I agree with you. This is premeditated murder in the first degree, pure and simple.

I was on a recent trip in a car, going to a funeral of all things. Traffic was fairly heavy and some jocker was in the left lane going slower than the speed limit. Several times I had a chance to pass on the right and did but he would speed up to try to prevent it. Because of traffic he would end up back ahead and repeat the process. When I would pass he would glare and give me the finger. On my last pass I just ran away from him and he dropped back to repeat that exercise with others.
There are some scary people out there.

Motorcyclists, oh the horror. Now were it bicyclists posters on the thread would opine that they had it coming, they understand how the guy in the truck felt, that last week some bicyclist slowed them down, that bicyclists are obnoxious, etc.
