HIBBS, Pa. (AP) A man angry about an argument chased down a motorcycle and rammed it with his pickup truck, killing the bike's two riders, state police said.
Edward A. Belch, 44, of McClellandtown, apparently got in an argument with the motorcycle's passengers Tuesday evening, authorities said. The two people then got on the motorcycle and left, and Belch followed them on state Route 21, passing other vehicles, until he hit the motorcycle, police said.
Terri Lynn Gresko, 44, and a 54-year-old man whom police didn't immediately identify died at the scene.
Belch was being held in the Fayette County jail Wednesday after being arraigned on two counts of criminal homicide Tuesday. It was not clear what the argument was or how Belch knew the other two people, state police said.
LOL, at the rate things are going, the cutoff point would appear to be the day you were born.
If you want a really wild ride, try the Yamaha V-Max. That thing is a beast. Sportbikes are like riding a throughbred racehorse. The V-Max is like riding a rodeo bull! It is big, it is ugly and it is pissed! My R1 provides plenty of thrills, but moments of stark, mindnumbing terror are coutesy of my V-Max.
Not much difference between those two years. Easier to get aftermarket parts for the '86, but not much easier. Don't ask how I know. :)
I ride a motorcycle and I don't believe in penalties for any accident.
Accidents are accidents. They are not crimes. If there is no intent to commit a crime, there is no crime in my book.
It's my job as a motorcyclist to make sure I stay out of harm's way. I have been riding on and off since 1980 without a mishap. I think my way works pretty good.
Oh, I'm more of a cruiser-rider. I would surely get killed riding one of those sportbikes. Don't want to tempt fate. ;-)
The V-Max is a cruiser/standard. Probably the hottest performing cruiser out there. It has been around, vitually unchanged since 1985.

Wow, that is a beast cruiser! I just took a look at the specs. Egad! Ride carefully, man... ;-)
I ride horseback and occassionally along roadways. I have yet to meet a biker who didn't pull over and stop until I was safely by. I would never ride a bike, I don't have the courage, but I would bet there is a higher percentage of nice, law abiding, courteous bikers on the road than those driving automobiles and trucks.

As a mom of a biker - please be super careful, we need you alive and healthy! Remember your prayers before you get on that bike. (I couldn't resist, it's the mom in me).
As much as I would love to agree with you, I can't. I feel it depends on the area in which you live. Here we have a LOT of harley gangs, not just the H.A., either, there are a lot of others, just as dangerous. And they do control a lot of the meth trafficking here, unfortunately. It's unfortunate and a lot of them ride w/ HUGE chips on their shoulders, riding in the left lane doing 62 mph, I've even been "shouldered" almost off the road by bikers in the past and I just probably am a bit more jaded than most regarding that. :)

Yeah I saw that vid. Pretty chilling, but I think the guy that rear-ended all those bikers didn't know them. I think.
Could have been a hit for all I know--one of the guys that died in that incident is a Mexican TV actor.

I think he is all worked up because he was the guy in the Camaro that poster #9 spoke of.
