LD holds Cheadle. #1 on the BBC conservative list.
Everything I know about parliamentary government I learned here on FR and by watching C-Span. I graduated high school in the mid-60's, and wasn't ever taught one thing about the British system, nor did my two semesters of western civ cover very much about it in the 70's at my college. We learned WHO Prime Ministers were at certain times of history (Gladstone, Churchill, etc.) but not HOW they got to be PM's.

I am doing my best to respect boundaries as I do not like when people interfere in our elections, but our system is different than yours and a different mindset goes into assessing people collectively and individually.
This election has always been a tough one for me because I'm really not sure what I'd do in your place given how your elections are run.
If there is, she's probably lost. :)
